A STEAM WHAT?
So what exactly do we do? Our goal is to engage kids in science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math (STEAM) by exposing them to the connections among these subjects and their everyday lives. By enhancing their learning, we are also engaging them, and opening their minds to new opportunities. To meet this goal, we host STEAM fairs at different schools each year around November 8th, National STEAM Day.

OUR GOALS
Educating kids, engaging them in different subjects, and inspiring them to learn more.
EDUCATE
Making learning accessible
The STEAM Dream aims to provide unique educational opportunities to students who might otherwise not have access to them. We primarily focus on providing these opportunities to students from schools that may not have a lot of the learning tools we provide.
ENGAGE
Keeping kids interested
Our primary goal is to engage students in learning subjects in STEM and the arts that they normally wouldn’t take interest in. Too often, students are told what they need to learn without fully understanding why, and our job is to help them learn why.
INSPIRE
Discovering new paths
At the fairs, a student may be exposed to a field they never thought they could be interested in, and this could inspire them to pursue a new path. Even better, they may learn how this new field connects with an interest they are already familiar with so they can become an ambassador in both.
