Session Info

Every event lasts 30 minutes and there are activities including craft sessions, panels, and more! Each event is hosted on Zoom to provide easy access to students and teachers alike. With a few easy steps, you can immerse yourself in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math resources! 

 

How to Join in the Fun

We will be discussing how to navigate the event more in our Welcome Session below, which you can access any time, but here are some simple steps to help you join on the day of the fair!

 

• The “Join Now” button will become active the day of the fair

• When you log in, please use your real name and include “student” or “parent” in parenthesis beside it.

• Some sessions will be recorded. If you do not want to be in the recording, include "no recording" next to your name in parentheses.

• Please keep microphones off when not asking questions or discussing material to reduce feedback and ambient noise

• You will have the option to turn your camera on or off whenever you please

• You can use virtual backgrounds or profile pictures to represent you and your interests 

• Feel free to wander throughout our different rooms to explore topics that interest you most
